Son fils Olivier est atteint par un cas rare de dystrophie musculaire. Il souhaitait pouvoir porter des jeans pour aller \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole, comme les autres enfants. Son dilemme : laisser son fils aller \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole avec un pantalon qui ne conviendrait pas \u00e0 ses att\u00e8les jambi\u00e8res. Et dont il ne serait pas en mesure de d\u00e9faire la fermeture \u00e9clair, ou lui dire qu\u2019il ne pouvait pas s\u2019habiller comme ses amis. Mais Mindy Sheier a choisi une autre solution : <span style=\"color: #53798f;\"><strong>adapter les jeans aux besoins de son fils<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est cette exp\u00e9rience qui l\u2019a inspir\u00e9e pour lancer son organisme \u00e0 but non lucratif, <strong>\u00ab\u00a0Runway of Dreams\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>. L\u2019objectif de cette organisation\u00a0: travailler en partenariat avec les plus grandes marques de mode pour inclure des v\u00eatements adapt\u00e9s au sein de\u00a0leurs collections.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #53798f;\">Runway of Dreams : des v\u00eatements pour enfants diff\u00e9rents\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Les efforts ont pay\u00e9 et <strong>Runway of Dreams<\/strong> a pu r\u00e9cemment d\u00e9voiler une collection en partenariat avec <strong>Tommy Hilfiger<\/strong>, une grande marque am\u00e9ricaine. Celle-ci est compos\u00e9e de 22 pi\u00e8ces pour jeunes gar\u00e7ons et filles. Chaque v\u00eatement comporte des possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019ajustement afin de rendre l\u2019habillage des enfants plus simple.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-tadv-p=\"keep\">les magnets remplacent les zips et les boutons,<\/li>\n<li data-tadv-p=\"keep\">les jeans sont dot\u00e9s d\u2019ourlets ajustables et d\u2019ouvertures pour att\u00e8les jambi\u00e8res,<\/li>\n<li data-tadv-p=\"keep\">Et les tee-shirts sont munis de manches boutonn\u00e9es afin de dissimuler les fermetures par magnets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Toutes les possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019ajustement sont invisibles, ce qui rend impossible la distinction entre ces <strong>v\u00eatements adapt\u00e9s<\/strong> et\u00a0les pi\u00e8ces traditionnelles. Runway of Dreams a d\u00e9j\u00e0 con\u00e7u deux autres collections pour enfants avec Tommy Hilfiger et songe \u00e0 \u00e9tendre cette gamme aux adultes.<\/p>\n<p>Les\u00a0diff\u00e9rences li\u00e9es aux maladies et aux handicaps ne connaissent ni \u00e2ge, ni sexe, ni milieu social particulier. Un march\u00e9 existe donc pour ces <strong>v\u00eatements ajustables<\/strong>.
